Following his spat with manager Erik Ten Hag, Manchester United have allegedly received interest from Turkish teams in Jadon Sancho.
Sancho has piqued the curiosity of the Turkish Super Lig, according to 90min. The Turkish transfer window does not end until September 15, thus they may still sign players.
Ten Hag chastised him for his training performance, which led to his dismissal by his management. The English winger did not play in Manchester United’s 3-1 loss to Arsenal on September 3.
The Red Devils attacker, on the other hand, was not happy with Ten Hag going public with his concerns about the player’s fitness level. He responded in detail on X (previously known as Twitter), asserting that he had properly trained.
Ten Hag is said to be dissatisfied with Jadon Sancho over his position, but the two will discuss the problem. The Englishman may face repercussions for his actions, which have cast doubt on his future at Old Trafford.
Given his alternatives and the fact that he is one of the club’s biggest earners at £250,000 per week, Sancho seems unlikely to leave at the moment. Manchester United will not try to ease his departure because they would have to help financially.
During the summer transfer season, the Red Devils would have explored bids, and Sancho’s old club Borussia Dortmund were keen. He shone at Signal Iduna Park before struggling at United.
Since arriving from Dortmund in 2021 for £73 million, the England international has made 82 appearances across all competitions. He has scored 12 goals and assisted on six others.
Under Erik ten Hag, he has yet to establish himself as a regular starter, with just three substitute appearances this season. Jadon Sancho’s contract at Manchester United expires in three years.
