It is evident that Tottenham has undergone a transformation in the current Premier League season, rendering them a team of distinct character and performance. The football club located in north London has recently acquired a new manager, Ange Postecoglou, who was officially appointed by the club for a four-year term during the summer. Postecoglou has initiated a series of alterations at Tottenham Hotspur, prompting Chris Sutton to express his admiration for the developments witnessed thus far.
The former Premier League player told the BBC, “I love the change that Ange Postecoglou has made already, but I do think Tottenham will be much better in a couple of months than they are now.” Because of that, I didn’t give them much of a chance in the first few games. For Spurs, the question is whether or not James Maddison will be available.

Andoni Iraola has taken over as manager for Bournemouth, and I saw them play against Liverpool only last week. They went out to a good start and even took the lead, but eventually fizzled out. I’m getting a hunch that Tottenham will win, but every time I count off Bournemouth, they surprise me with a win. Sutton continued.
It will be interesting to see how this fixture pans out.
Results from Tottenham Hotspur's first two Premier League contests
In their inaugural league match, Tottenham Hotspur engaged in a competitive encounter against Brentford at an external venue. Regrettably, the team was unable to score a victory in the match and had to accept a draw due to the determined performance exhibited by the opposing team.
Nevertheless, they were able to secure their inaugural victory when they faced Manchester United in a home match this past weekend. In the recent match, the Spurs emerged victorious over the Red Devils with a score of 2-0. The goals were attributed to Pape Matar Sarr and an own goal by Lisandro Martinez. As a consequence of this outcome, they currently hold the sixth rank in the standings, having accumulated a total of four points from two matches.
Following their encounter with Bournemouth over the weekend, Tottenham Hotspur will engage in a competitive match against Fulham in the second round of the English Football League (EFL) Cup on August 29th. Tottenham Hotspur will afterwards resume their participation in the Premier League, as they are scheduled to encounter Burnley on September 2nd.
