Lionel Messi, the Inter Miami star, is said to have acquired a roughly $10.8 million waterfront estate as his new home in South Florida.
Messi, 36, has created a lot of headlines in the United States after joining Inter Miami on a Bosman transfer following the expiration of his contract with Paris Saint-Germain (PSG). He helped the Herons win the Leagues Cup final last month, giving them their first trophy.
After a two-month hunt, the 2022 FIFA World Cup winner has discovered his new house in his new city. His new residence is around 15 minutes from the DRV PNK Stadium.
According to The Real Deal, Messi entrusted the purchase of his new home to a business associated with Alfonso Nebot Armisen, who has been managing the left-footed star’s interests for some time. Compass Florida’s Samuel and Donna Simpkin represented him.
The aforementioned property was sold for $9 million in May, prior to the latest $10.8 million transaction. Lori Morris designed it in 1988, and it lies on 0.44 acres in a cul-de-sac with 170 feet of beachfront.
The Inter Miami star’s new estate in Fort Lauderdale is a 10,486-square-foot property with eight bedrooms, a three-car garage, and an inside swimming pool. It also boasts a domed ceiling 27 feet high, a chef’s kitchen, a home gym, an entertainment room, and a home office.
